APGCSE

The Spanish Language Programme for UK Students at CEELE–accredited schools in Spain is run by Eduespaña and sponsored by the Consejería de Educación. The programme is specifically designed to help UK students prepare for the Spanish GCSE.

The aim of the Programme is to prepare students, aged 14-17 for the Spanish GCSE examinations.

Tuition:  20-hours per week during one week in February or two weeks in July. Class size is limited to 12 students. Lessons are delivered by Spanish native speakers and active class participation is encouraged so that all the students can gain confidence and improve their oral communication skills for the exam.

There will be ample practice with past GCSE papers and mock exams.

The Spanish Language Programme for UK Students will take place February or July . Each course consists of 20 class hours per week. Classes are complemented by at least 2 extracurricular activities per week and 1 day trip. Full room and board with a Spanish host family is included.

Thirteen participating CEELE-accredited schools in twelve locations in Spain provide ample opportunities for students to discover Spain’s varied landscapes and diverse cultural heritage and traditions.

On the pre-enrolment form, students must list in order of preference four of the schools participating in this programme.

Students can register individually or in groups accompanied by a teacher. The registration form of any student younger than eighteen must include written permission to participate from his or her legal guardian (no student younger than age 14 will be allowed to register independently).

Students enrolling individually should do so online:

For the February session:

Submit the payment sheet with a non-refundable deposit of ₤ 45 by December 15.

After December 15, applications will be accepted on a space availability basis.

For the July session:
